1999

Rolf-Jürgen Moll and Oliver Schmitz found LucaNet.

2003-2009

Empowering 500 customers. 50 employees. LucaNet receives “Top 100” Award for innovation-fostering top management. Start of internationalization: office opens in the Netherlands.

2010-2014

Empowering 1,500 customers. 150 employees. Office opens in Switzerland and China. Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Award for LucaNet. Dominik Duchon joins the Executive Board.

2015-2020

Empowering 2,000 customers. 500 employees. Offices open in Spain, France, Austria, USA, UK and Singapore.

2021

Empowering 3,000 customers. Elena Aubell appointed COO.

2022

Generation shift completed: Dominik Duchon appointed CEO. Elias Apel becomes CFO. SEEFO joins the LucaNet Group. Hg becomes new majority shareholder.

2023

Empowering over 5,000 customers. 800 employees. Elias Apel replaces Dominik Duchon as CEO. Kevin Smith becomes CTO. AMANA and ementexx becomes part of the LucaNet Group. Expansion to Ireland, Portugal and Italy. LucaNet opens TechHub in Romania.

Joris van Leeuwen appointed as CRO.
